KRAKÓW JANA PAWŁA II / THE CRACOW OF JOHN PAUL II, a nostalgic story about the places in Kraków  that are connected with one of the city’s most exceptional long-term residents, is a film especially dear to the artist’s heart. In 1951 he was baptized by young Father Karol Wojtyła in the parish church of St Florian in Kraków and throughout his entire life was a witness to many events which now gained historical importance. Some of them could be captured on film, many more remained in the mind and heart, but all contributed to the making of a film that is a wonderful tribute paid by one Kraków resident to another Kraków Resident ...

It is worth mentioning that Kazimierz J. Bihun is also the co-author of the film KINGA – ZIEM SĄDECKICH PANI / KINGA – THE LADY OF SĄDECKIE LANDS, which was presented to Pope John Paul II on June 16th 1999 in Stary Sącz, during the canonization ceremony of St Kinga.
